Refund policy

To Our Valued Customer:

We would like to inform you that you may return and exchange items under the following conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receiving the item.
• Accompanied by the original receipt, and
• Item is unused, in its original packaging and box intact

In addition, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)

• Sudden change of mind
• Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
• Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store

Return and exchange must be done in the store where item was purchased.

Please be advised also that, the personal data you have provided will be used to process, complete and deliver your orders (should there be any). It will also be used for marketing or commercial purposes, including analytics to improve our services.
